Please note that the creation of a draft by the notary incurs the same costs as the notarization. I came to Mr. Ströbele with my wife and we were still very unsure whether a contract even made sense. Mr. Ströbele asked about the business value and created a very preliminary draft on this basis. When we decided against notarization, Mr. Ströbele used the highest business value we specified as the basis for the billing. This is also legally correct. We would have welcomed it if we had been voluntarily informed about this legal situation. We would also have found this to be morally appropriate. When we personally asked Mr. Ströble again after this incident that we had the impression that we had not been sufficiently informed about the costs involved, he unfortunately showed little insight and stuck to his very high billing, that is As already mentioned above, we would have liked a more transparent approach from a notary with such a good Google rating. Hopefully this review will help you avoid unnecessary costs.
